This cutting table is multivalent and totally adapted to punctual works as well as small series. PHENIX TECHNOLOGIE has developed this cutting center to offer a qualitative solution to users with a small budget (welded frame rectified on machining center, brushless motorization with coding system, double motorization on X axis…)

Technical description:

• A cold-rolled steel welded frame that guarantees no distortion linked to the temperature (unlike aluminium)

• One-piece structure

• Transmission by racks and pinions and linear guiding

• Motorization by 4 Brushless motors with incremental coder Panasonic or HDT, with automatic adjustment of the mechanical float

• Double motorization driving of X axis, for a maximum of precision

• THC torch height automatic control

• Deceleration in the angles and drilling and acceleration in straight lines

• Important cutting speed and acceleration

• Anti-collision system included

• Removable grating slides mounted on frame

• Fumes exhaustion tank with pneumatic sections. Each section opens and shuts automatically thanks to pneumatic jacks according to the torch position.
